Bura Snow's new ski-in, ski-out chalet in the high altitude resort of La Rosiere 1850.

A large open lounge area with comfortable sofas and dining area with a splendid view South West towards Val d’isere and the Tignes dam which is visible at night.

Three doubles, a triple and a quad bedroom spread over three floors with three separate bathrooms.

Satellite TV, an internet access point and Nintendo Wii games area.

The first drag is 50 metres from the front door that takes you speedily up to the Roche Noir main chair lift in the centre of La Rosiere and at night you can walk through the tress into the village a mere 5 minutes on foot.

Bura Snow offers a full chalet board (breakfast, tea, dinner with complementary wines) service with transfers to and from Geneva Airport. We include ski guiding for our guests to help them enjoy and learn the expansive ski area of L'Espace San Bernardo.

Notes on pricings

Typically the pricing for "sole use" chalets are quoted based on the cost of renting the whole chalet, whilst large ski chalets that are not for sole use will usually quote their prices per person, based on 2 people sharing a room. Please note that whilst every effort has been made to accurately display the owners rental rates, mistakes do happen, and rates can be subject to change by the owner. Therefore these rates should be taken as a guide only. Final costing should be agreed and confirmed with the chalet owners direct.

Getting There

Driving from Lyon:

After leaving Lyon, turn left to A7/E15 for 7 km and take the exit towards Saint-Fons/Boulevard Peripherique.
Head towards Saint-Fons/Boulevard Peripherique and at Saint-Fons, continue straight on to take Avenue Pierre Semard.
Take N383/E70 towards Saint-Fons/Boulevard Peripherique for 7.5 km and passing close to Venissieux, head towards Saint-Priest/Chambery/Grenoble/Saint-Exupery/Parilly.
Head towards Saint-Priest/Chambery/Grenoble/Saint-Exupery.
Close to Bron, take A43 for 88 km.
After passing close to Saint-Priest, Bourgoin-Jallieu and La Tour-du-Pin, take the exit towards Exit 13/14/Chambery/Aeroport/Albertville/Grenoble/Turin.
Passing close to Chambery, take N201/E70/E712 for 6.5 km and then take 43/E70 for 29 km head towards Montmelian/Albertville/Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne/Turin and take the exit towards Frontenex/Albertville/Beaufortain/Val D'Arly/Tarentaise.
Take A430 for 15 km. Close to Albertville take N90 for 79 km.
After passing by Albertville and Bourg-Saint-Maurice, you arrive in La Rosiere 1850.

The nearby train station of Bourg-St Maurice is the closest train station to the resort. From there, we can offer free transfers.
