A luxury chalet built in 2006 it is situated at the top of the village offering stunning views across the valley to Pointe d’Areau. and the Chaine Des Aravis.
The accommodation consists of a large basement area with plenty of storage for skis and a boot and clothes drying facility.

On the first floor the open plan lounge and dining area offer ample comfortable seating around the wood burner where you can relax at the end of the day either by listening to music, watching a DVD on the Home Cinema system or even catching up on UK TV on the plasma screen. The chalet also has Wi-Fi connection and benefits from under floor heating. There are 2 en-suite twin / double bedrooms plus an extra w/c.

Upstairs are 2 further bedrooms, one twin, one triple, a family bathroom and a small mezzanine area which is ideal for 2 children.
Outside is a large decked terrace which has a Hot Tub ideal for easing those hard earned aches and pains whilst enjoying the fabulous views across the valley.

For those who choose to drive there is off road parking for up to 3 cars.
